Garage framers were supposed to start next Monday or sometime next week. They just called and want to start tomorrow! There is no lumber for them to do anything with. Not a problem, quick call to the lumber supplier and we'll get it out to the house. Oh, my lumber papers are at home not at work with me. Don't remember the name of our salesman so I'll just make a blind call. No one knew what I was talking about until their representative with the Homebuilders Association happened to walk by. Jordan got us all straightened out and I don't even have to go down and fill out credit paperwork. They'll just send the lumber out tomorrow on good faith. The Homebuilding industry is a wonderful industry.
The garage is actually happening!!!!!!!!
