Christopher and I got to climb back up on the ladders and seal where the metal and the wood meet. This will be covered with siding, which should make it watertight but we have had too many water leaks to take a chance.
We put flashing tape over everything. It is very very sticky. The scissors kept gumming up and Chris would have to move onto another part of the scissors to cut.
The pieces of wood coming down between the metal siding ridges are the fix for the framers goof up. This will make the out of kilter wall have a gradual transition and hopefully won't be noticeable. Love fixing other peoples mistakes.
